Mission Statement
Our mission
is to utilize the latest methods and practical tools available to
provide quality suggestion system consulting and training, customized
to suit an organization's specific requirements, so that the suggestion
program can reap maximum benefits and become an integral component
within the organization.
Our
President
Thomas N. Jensen, CASS is an international consultant, trainer
and speaker who specializes in suggestion system, creativity and
employee involvement practices. He was developer and coordinator
for six years at Northern States Power's award-winning suggestion
program. As president of the Center for Suggestion System Development
he helps many organizations in the design, implementation, training,
assessment and re-engineering for their employee suggestion programs.
He guides companies in cultivating their creative assets with the
acclaimed "Creative Class." He is the author and producer
of several instructional videotapes dealing with suggestion systems,
creativity and rewards/recognition. Tom served on the Board of Directors
for the Employee Involvement Association and was a Chapter president.
He is a frequent speaker at conferences for various quality, employee
involvement and recognition organizations. Tom holds dual professional
certifications -- Certified Administrator of Suggestion Systems
and Certified Employee Involvement Professional.
